Tattoos

How old do you have to be to get tattooed?

We require a minimum of 16 (with parental consent) to get tattooed in our studio, or 18 years old without parental consent.

What do I need to bring with me when I get tattooed?

When you come in to get tattooed, we will need a state or federally issued form of identification, these include:

  • State issued ID card or drivers' license

  • Passport

  • Military ID

If you are under the age of 18, you and your parent or legal guardian will both need one of the items listed above. If you and your parent have different last names or addresses, we will also require a birth certificate to verify relation. In the case of legal guardianship, we need documents proving that guardianship has been legally granted.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Appointments are preferred in most cases, our artists' schedules vary from day to day so we cannot guarantee walk-in availability. If you find yourself suddenly wanting to get tattooed out of the blue one day and cannot make an appointment, we suggest calling the studio first to check on our availability.

How should I clean my tattoo?

Our suggested aftercare is to use a non-scented antibacterial hand soap along with a non-scented lotion. Avoid using any ointments, such as A+D ointment, because they are far too thick and cause cause some healing issues. For a more detailed description, contact your artist.
